What's the story behind the Eudia Scarab?

This has everything to do with our mission: Bring hats back to every day life! As you know, hats have vanished from daily wear for a while. We'd love to write down the story of why and when, but it's a long one (too long for this space). Nowadays, hats and head wear are back! We all realize how cool or elegant a hat can make us. It finishes our outfit, adds a great touch to our appearance. The Eudia Scarab supports our mission greatly. The Scarab (beetle) is a symbol for the heavenly cycle and the idea of rebirth or regeneration. Scarab amulets have been worn by the people in ancient Egypt. It was a powerful and popular symbol. The Egyptian god Khepri was often depicted as a scarab beetle. It was believed that Khepri renewed the sun every day, rolling it through the other world, only to renew it again the next day. Eudia likes to renew the fashion of (wearing) hats every day. Every day, we work in the atelier to realize this. Eudia and the Scarab are a logical match, we understand each other!

The Eudia Scarab will be the amulet on your hat, as a sign of Eudia, as a guardian of your beautiful day (beautiful day is the meaning of the name Eudia), and a reminder of the rebirth of the fashion of (wearing) hats!
