Little time ago we made the decision to divide Eudia in three. That means that Eudia has an evening collection, a city collection and a more luxurious daytime collection.
For “Eudia: it’s a beautiful evening” we went on shooting the newest collection of hats and fascinators in the overwhelmingly Grand Hotel Amrath Amsterdam ( http://www.amrathamsterdam.com/) . The whole place has this feels of luxury, but definitely breaths a story from the days past.
The shoot went on great. Eudia’s first pick hair and make-up artist Louise Schlimmer was brilliant with mixing and matching the right colors of lipstick and eye shadow. Stylist Fieke Nicolaï made sure that the outfits went perfect with the hats and fascinators. Not an easy job to dress this model, considering I’m quite small.
Philip Gentis, the photographer of all Eudia shoots, got the best out of me. Even when we all wanted to quit. But honestly, the last photo we made, when Philip really pushed everyone to stay focused (how annoying!) is one of my favorites. Big up for him!
